Position Summary:
The Veterinary Service Representative (CSR) supports patient scheduling and works closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves communicating with clients via phone, text, and email, maintaining electronic medical records in EzyVet, and providing excellent service while supporting the health and well-being of animals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage patient check-in and check-out processes.

  • Prepare client invoices and accurately process payments.

  • Manage multiple phone lines while providing clear information and client education.

  • Facilitate communication between veterinarians and clients.

  • Schedule appointments for exams and a variety of medical procedures.

  • Participate in the CSR team’s rotating evening and Saturday schedule.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrates a professional work ethic and positive attitude. Maintains a calm, compassionate demeanor when working with clients and their pets. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and supporting animal care. Previous knowledge or experience in veterinary medicine is preferred but not required.
